1. Boil the pasta in salted water and then drain them.
2. In a bowl mix the well drained cheese with the vanilla sugar and sugar and then add in the yolks and in the end the egg whites stirred in a foam. Poor the composition over the pasta and incorporate.
3. Put the pasta in a form greased with butter and on top place the rest of the butter in pieces. Put the form in the oven at a medium temperature for about 35-40 minutes.
4. When ready add fresh forest fruits on top and powder it with vanilla sugar
