Burduf cheese (natural membrane) Covalact de Ţară is produced after a traditional Romanian recipe from a sheep fresh cheese and a cow fresh cheese, in natural membrane (pig’s bladder).
The smell and taste are very pleasant, very cheese like, slightly spicy.
