Country side soup with rabbit and sour cream


Ingrediente Covalact de Ţară
Sour cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg rabbit meat
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 75 ml Covalact de Ţară Sour cream
  • 1 tea spoon of flour
  • 1 l water
  • 1 l homemade borsch
  • 1 twig of lovage
  • 1 twig of de savory
  • Salt, pepper

Poftă bună!

Preparation method:

1. Carefully clean, wash and portion the meat before boiling it at a low flame

2. Remove the foam and put in the cut vegetables. Let it simmer until the meat and vegetables are well done.

3. Add salt and pepper with the borsch. Put in the savory and lovage and take them out after 2-3 boils. Sour with sour cream mixed with flower and let it boil 1-2 times more.
