1. Mix in all the ingredients for dough adding flour as much as necessary to get consistent dough. Place the dough in a rectangular tray greased and dusted with flour. Put the tray into the preheated oven and leave the dough to bake for 25-30 minutes.
2. Meantime, caramelize the sugar and boil the milk with powder sugar. Poor the milk on top of the “caramel and boil it until the caramel is fully melted, then add the rum and leave it to cool.
3. When the caramel sauce is completely cold, put in the whipped cream and the crushed wall nuts after placing them for a few minutes in the oven to roast. Poor in the cream you got over the dough and place whole wall nuts on top along with the fresh mint leaves.
