Crepes with sour cream and fresh cow cheese

Fresh cow cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

For dough

  • 300 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • Oli for frying

For the filling

  • 500 g fresh cow cheese
  • 2 table spoons of Covalact de Ţară sour cream
  • 50 g Covalact de Ţară butter
  • 1 table spoon of dill
  • salt, pepper

Preparation method:


1. Wisk the eggs with the flower and salt, and then add the milk gradually until you get the consistency of a cream. Put the composition to chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. Meantime mix the cow cheese, butter and sour cream until a creamy composition is formed. Season it with salt, pepper and chopped dill.

3. Fry the pan cakes one at a time and them fill them with the cheese composition and then serve them with sour cream on top
